Duet A/B

Duet A/B is an imagination choreography for 4 visitors using transmitters and receivers.

The work adapts to the location it is shown at and consists of diverse audio tracks with spoken words in English, along with colored chalk and headphones. This interactive experience invites participants to engage in a collective imaginative process, where their individual interpretations intertwine with the shared environment, reflecting the interconnectedness of their experiences.

Duet A/B was shown during the exhibition Science of Sound at Dordtyart, Dordrecht, the Netherlands, from the 1st of September to the 7th of October 2018. Voices by Emi Kodama & Robin Amanda Cresswell Faure.

By utilizing the imaginative power of each visitor, Duet A/B creates a space where personal expression and collective experience coexist, prompting reflections on the dynamics of participation and the impact of individual actions within a communal setting.
